the staff were pleasant, the location was unbeatable. lovely double room. we stayed for 3 nights here, loved city centre district. the very quick check-in process too.

We loved this lovely place and its AMAZING location. Furthermore, it was 200 metres from hinterdorfstrasse. The American breakfast included bacon, eggs and cereal, but we didn't have time and didn't try everything. We were in the tradition double room with a mini-fridge-bar, a work desk and a flat-screen TV.

Hotel's position near to the matterhorn and easy connection to riffelsee. I recommend you to eat at Pollux, that is set 100 feet away. Bed was large, great night sleep.
